BTi - Bossless Tech Industries was created by three colleagues with professional experience in cyber security and software engineering. Collectively, we have worked in banking, telecommunications, and automotive environments for companies around the world but based in Portugal - so we take reliability and trust seriously. We collaborate as a tight team to build the things we care about - experimenting, trying new technologies, and turning ideas into real products.

What we are
Build products that users enjoy and want to come back to. We like clean design, thoughtful engineering, and learning by doing. Some of our work touches security, but our projects span whatever we are curious about next, from productivity to entertainment.
How we work
We validate assumptions early, iterate quickly, and keep the process light. That means clear thinking and solid fundamentals.
Engineering principles
Maintainability, clarity, and good defaults. When security matters (it often does), we think about what could go wrong and put reasonable protections in place, but we don’t turn everything into a slow, bureaucratic process.
Collaboration
"Bossless" means ownership is shared. We communicate openly, document decisions, and optimize for long-term maintainability.
